MAIN FEATURES OF THE NEW VERSION

• Install and uninstall has been added to the software
• Starting your webcam preview no longer crashes the application
• The program now minimises to the task bar, (next to the clock) and continues to listen for cammers joining the conversation.
• If a chatter or cammer joins a small popup displays to show they have joined the conversation
• if you hover over the icon in the task bar a tool tip displays the number of chatters and cammers.
• double clicking the icon starts the program
• right clicking the icon opens a menu you can shut down the program from here
• Your name is now shown in the chatters list so its less confusing as to whether you are connected or not

The most important update is that you can now monitor whether other people are in the chatroom without having the program open on the desktop.

Bug Fixes -
When program was iconised XP would not shut down program had to be closed first. Fixed now XP automatically closes the program and then shuts down

Additional features to the above

• You are now warned about the program iconising to the task bar
• When a new user joins the chat the visual alerts now include flashing icon or task bar window so its easier to follow a conversation or see when a new user is added.
• You can choose to have the program automatically open when a new chatter or cammer joins (must be iconised)
• added small icons into the chatlist so that its easy to see who is camming or just chatting
• prevented accidental starting of 2 copies of the program. less confusion

Important Note Please leave webcamconcepts running as much as you can, the more people running the software the more people who are likely to join, and therefore the quicker the program grows.

Bug Fixes

• This is a server bug. once you had joined a chat the server was not notifying you of new people joining. pretty bad hugh!. anyway its fixed now
• Crash on close returned . hopefully it is resolved for the last time
• Duplicate names removed from the chatters list

• Larger Video at 320*240
• Reconnection - if the connection fails the software attempts to reconnect
• Fixed issue where if a message popped up while you were typing in another window your typing stopped
• More Icons added to show whats happening you can now see at a glance if someones watching your cam

• Videos - A section to view videos (mostly downloaded from the internet)
